Spence manufacture Fire-Rated timber pre-hung doors for your ease of installation. The door is manufactured with all hardware preparations made, and the frame is cut with the corresponding preparations. The door is hung with the specified hinges in our factory to arrive on-site ready for install.

The Process

The Process

    1. Door & Frame Manufacture

    The door leaf and door frame are manufactured in one of Spence's factories. They are each built for perfect pairing with one another in accordance with specification details.

    2. Cutout Preparations

    All rebates required of the door leaf and frame are cutout. These are transcribed by a CNC machine specific to the dimensions of specified hardware. Displayed is a team member preparing for the screw cutouts for hinges.

    3. Hardware Fitting

    The doorset's hardware is fitted in order for on-site installation be as quick and easy as possible. Displayed are Meeting Stiles fitted at the meeting point of a double doorset.

    4. Door Hanging

    The door leaf is hung to its frame with the fitting of all hinges completed.
