Custom & Commercial-Scale Doorset Production
Producing doors to-order specifically constructed to specified details. Two factory facilities enable this bespoke manufacturing to be carried out at a major scale.
Project Management
Some suppliers will take orders, build doors, and call it a day. At Spence, we are there every step of the way with dedicated project administrators to answer your questions and resolve challenges.
Informed Quoting
The Spence Doors team quotes to-specification in order to meet the desired project outcome, or will work with you to make suitable adjustments.
Door Preparation
Preparing doors with hardware cutouts during the production stage. Recessed hardware fittings like hinges, handles, locks, and closers, are then easily fitted during installation.
Additional Services
Extra production services designed to thoroughly prepare doors within our factories. With these services employed, minimal time and labour needs to be dedicated to door installation by the time they arrive on site.
Frame Backfilling
Backfilling pressed metal frames with tested and approved material during the production stage for fire-rated and acoustic-rated doorsets.
Door Painting
Full-service door painting in the Spence Doors factories for a high-grade aesthetic finish, saving time on-site and sealing against moisture.
Pre-Hanging
Doors hung on timber frames to arrive on-site ready for installation. Includes Flush Panel Doors and 1-Hour Fire-Rated Doors.
