Manufactured in Spence Doors' factories based in Victoria and Queensland; all of our Fire Doors are crafted from sustainably sourced materials that meet Australia’s rigorous fire safety standards whilst fitting into your project's architectural vision and budget constraints.

Made-to-order door sets tested and certified for 1- and 2-hour fire resistance levels. Backed by large-scale manufacturing capabilities to accommodate all manner of projects encompassing Commercial, Industrial, Residential, and Healthcare needs. All doors in this range are manufactured in compliance with the latest Australian Standard AS1905.1.2015 (Fire Resistant Doorsets), and is tested to AS1530.4.2014 (Methods for fire test on building materials).

All door sets are highly customisable to project requirements with respect to its dimensions, composition, accessories, and configuration. Single-Leaf and Pair-Door configurations bring optionality as each can meet an array of functional configurations - Standard (Universal Handing), Double-Acting (Hinge or Pivot), or Inter-Connecting.

Here is a quick guide to the dimensional limits and Acoustic-Ratings to which Spence Doors' Fire-Rated Door Sets are tested and certified:

• 1-Hour / Single Leaf: 38mm / 48mm thick door leaf. Up to 3000mm x 1500mm. Up to Rw 30 (Standard opening) or Rw 46 (Interconnecting opening).
• 1-Hour / Pair Leaf: 48mm thick door leaf. Up to 3000mm x 1500 / 1500mm. Up to Rw 30 (Standard opening).
• 2-Hour / Single Leaf: 48mm thick door leaf. Up to 2700mm x 1500mm. Up to Rw 40 (Standard opening) or Rw 50 (Interconnecting opening).
• 2-Hour / Pair Leaf:  48mm thick door leaf. Up to 2700mm x 1350 / 1350mm. No Rw rating available.
