      SPENCE DOORS

      1HR Fire Doors

The Spence Door 1 Hour Fire Maxi Door is a side-hung door set. The door set configuration may be single leaf or pair, finished with various facings and hung in a steel or timber frame.

Timber-framed smoke control doors include a seal in the frame, and steel-framed doors include the PFS-4 seal. If required, bottom seals can be selected from the Hardware list.

For ply/MDF-faced doors, an acoustic rating of STC 31 (Rw 32) is available, and for steel-face doors, STC 36 (Rw 38).
